Slightly longer and wider than our Wapasha, this beavertail blade-shape is smooth and quiet in the water, and features defined shoulders to help water run off the blade.
Stunning hand-selected and book-matched figured black walnut sets you up for a stunning paddle. Red cedar selection is interspersed through the blade, shaft, and grip, and the blade is fully bound by cherry for added beauty and durability. Not just for show, these paddles are also fully reinforced with fiberglass on both sides of the blade, and finished off with a composite-reinforced epoxy rock guard. Unmatched elegance on the water. Limited to 3 paddles per length.
Note that each paddle is hand-crafted. While each of these paddles is very special, there is some variation in the wood grain from one paddle to the next.
