All orders placed are processed within three business days of the date of order. You will receive an email notification after submitting your order, and another email notification when your order has shipped. Actual transit and delivery timeframes will differ depending on shipping method and destination.
Shipping Methods - All orders ship via UPS or USPS for Inflatable boards, smaller items and accessories. We ship via LTL freight carrier or Grey Duck vehicles for rigid board orders.
Pickup from Grey Duck HQ is available for orders upon request, by appointment only. See 'Pick-up Options' below for more details.
Shipping Destinations - Grey Duck currently ships online orders to the lower 48 states. At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, and do not currently offer standard shipping to Alaska, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Military APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses.
Expedited Shipping - In general, we are not able to offer expedited shipping. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have a need for expedited shipping - we will do our best to accommodate.

Rigid Board Shipping via LTL
Scheduling Freight Deliveries. If your order is shipping via LTL freight carrier, then the freight company will contact you to schedule delivery. We will be in touch with you along the way to ensure this process goes as smoothy as possible.
Receiving Freight Deliveries. An adult must be available to accept all LTL freight deliveries. Please inspect the entire order before signing for the delivery. The delivery driver should wait for you to confirm the condition of the product before leaving the delivery location. It is important to fully unwrap the contents of the shipment to ensure it is in the proper condition, as a damaged box does not always indicate damage to the product inside, and an undamaged box does not always guarantee that the product inside is undamaged. Do not sign off on delivery without properly inspecting product for freight damage.
If you discover any damage to your product upon delivery and inspection, you should refuse the shipment by writing “Refused due to damage” on the bill of lading and provide this along with the product to the driver. The damaged product will be returned to Grey Duck and we will work with you on either processing you a refund or re-shipping you a replacement as quickly as possible.
